Residential area, central location really close to the restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as both dubai and other malls. A huge variety of food at the tasty and wonderful breakfast.

Decent and comfortable location for visiting restaurants and bars. Charming views to the Marina's skyline from well-equipped rooms.

We ate at a good restaurant for both lunch and dinner. The views across the ocean where lovely. The location was in a great and beautiful spot for our holiday.

Absolutely perfect central location very close to the new beach and boardwalk, all attractions e, and the fenced off areas. I ate at the a la carte restaurant near the hotel.

We couldn't recommend more the place to all, as the hotel was fantastic value. The location is central, near the new restaurants that were available and the beach which is under construction. Also, it is just a pleasant stroll away from Golden Mile Galleria. The outdoor bar is comfortable.

The breakfast itself is very very good with pancakes, poolside drinks, omelettes. The location is central.

Gentle staff, the rooms are panoramic and new-fashioned. The location is marvellous and stunning, near value of money, the desert, and a way to spend a hour in the evening - couldn't be better. The hotel provided an amazing customer service during our vacation.

The breakfast served was incredible and outstanding with omelettes made to order, the to die for view and omelettes. We had a well cleaned and amazingly spacious room with partial see view and everything was good.

It's an impressivehip new hotel nestled in an elegant style building. A special thanks to outstandingly accommodating and extremely accommodating staff. When I am in Dubai, I like staying here.

We booked it before and can't recommend highly enough it to everyone. The location was marvellous, and we could reach Nakheel Mall by walking.

The hotel is situated in the central location in fact what should be happening is they should be offering competition to other restaurants. The in-house restaurant for both lunch and dinner is what you need.

The venue was in a central location not far from all restaurants BA Asian, Sea Grill bistro, Miss India and Flow Kitchen Buffet and the new beach area and boardwalk next year and the Marina and the spokes of palm. The staff was really polite, incredibly nice all the time.

The room was brand-new & stocked with a relaxed atmosphere. The location was decent, within a close distance from Private Beach.

Pleasant and clean hotel with lovely view of the Arabic sea. Exceptionally nice staff team from the cleaners to management. All in all fantastic value.
